Celebrate Christmas Eve surrounded by the hymns and carols that we all love.
It is a tradition in Miami to attend church on Christmas Eve. The service is called the Candlelight Service, and it is a time for family, friends and those who are alone to come together.
The service at Granada Presbyterian Church began in the sanctuary and transitioned outside. Pastor Worth always delivered an inspiring sermon that reminds people what Christmas really means. It is a time for hope, peace and love.
Many families attended with their children who are excited to see Santa Claus later in the evening. The service also includes a child’s choir singing Christmas carols, as well as an organist playing religious music on the pipe organ.
Be the light of the world as we rejoiced, candle in hand, on the front lawn.
