Never thought my favorite Asian buffet would feature a Cajun seafood boil with lots of shellfish and finger-licking good crawfish. Flaming Grill, where I have been found to be stuffing myself silly with shrimp lo mein, steamed crabs and spring rolls, have introduced a new dish – the ever-popular Seafood Boil.
The boil consists of crawfish, red potatoes, shrimp and mussels. There’s plenty of meat and lots of spiciness for a nice kick. The big, heavy bag of goodness features Flaming Grill’s homemade, hot and spicy seasoning.
For a moment, I thought I was back in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana – the home of the world-famous seafood boil.
If you’re an arroz-lover like me, I used the rice to mop up all the juices that flowed freely from the double-walled plastic bag.

So visit Flaming Grill for the Asian buffet or if you’re a Cajun lover like me, come for the Big Boil.
