The cooler weather is upon us. Fall has arrived. Football is back and so is Oktoberfest at the Slip Inn.

Coming off the heels of a successful Crab Feast, JBAB WFR has put together another amazing event.

The food was homemade, authentic and reasonably priced. A bratwurst with sauerkraut, German potato salad and a pretzel only cost $8. A 16 oz Spaten beer was only $5.

All the tables were socially distanced with Bavarian blue tablecloth. Masks were required and the pitter pattering of the rain over the awnings yielded to a cool, family-friendly evening.
