As my plane touched down at Denver International Airport, I couldn’t help but feel a pang of excitement. First I spent the night on the 3rd floor in the sleep area. In the morning, I visited the USO for breakfast. Since I was doing the Frontier GoWild odyssey. I was determined to explore a bit of the Mile High City. Luckily, Denver is well-connected to its airport via the A Line commuter train, making it easy for travelers like me to venture into the heart of the city.
With my luggage securely stored in a locker at the airport, I made my way to the A Line station, conveniently located at the airport’s terminal. Purchasing a ticket was a breeze, and soon I was on board the sleek and comfortable commuter train, ready for my short journey to Denver Union Station.
The train ride from Denver International Airport to downtown Denver was nothing short of spectacular. As the train glided through the Colorado landscape, I marveled at the views of the Rocky Mountains in the distance. The ride was smooth, punctual, and offered a perfect glimpse of the natural beauty that surrounds the city.

My short layover in Denver turned into an unexpected adventure, thanks to a visit to Denver Union Station.
